We are Ignas and Lina, a dynamic duo passionate about design. Despite our design and fashion backgrounds, we both already had a decade-long journey in the tech startup world, but we always felt the need to balance our virtual lives with something tangible. It all started with one birthday gift that reminded us of our shared vision of creativity in objects that bring joy to our and other people’s lives.

Where does T-J-O| ship?
We ship worldwide (with a few exceptions). International orders have tax and duties included at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
We ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. The transit times below are estimates once the shipment leaves our warehouse in Vilnius, Lithuania. Please allow 1 business day for orders to process.
EU Shipping takes 4-7 business days
International orders take 7-21 business days depending on the country
Orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico can also take longer to arrive
When will I receive my order?
Orders will process within 1 business day and ship within 2 business days. Delivery time varies based on your location and selected shipping option. You can check your order status at any time on your Account Page.
Where can I buy your product?
THE JOY OF| designs can be purchased on the internet via www.thejoyof.eu. THE JOY OF| plans to offer handbags for purchase in other select, top secret locations around the world. Watch out for future announcements.
Where are your products made?
THE JOY OF| handbags are handmade and hand-assembled in Vilnius, Lithuania.
What is your returns policy?
Products must be unused/unworn to be eligible for an exchange or return. For items purchased outside this time frame, our standard return policy applies.
We want you to love your THE JOY OF| as much as we love your THE JOY OF|. If you aren’t happy with your order for any reason, we want to make it right. Here’s how we can help:
You may return your item(s) for a full refund within 14 days from the receipt of original order. THE JOY OF| will be sad but will get over it, because THE JOY OF| knows that sometimes it just doesn’t work out. THE JOY OF| will accept back items that are in new condition, unused, unaltered and free of any damage by the customer. Items must be in their original packaging. Items cannot be returned after 14 days from the receipt of the original order.
